I’d love to say a big thank you to my Pilates instructor, Giselle. I had tried Pilates before at other places, but she truly changed my understanding of it. In every session, she clearly explains which muscles we are working on and how each movement benefits specific parts of the body, which makes a huge difference.

She also takes the time to help me relax and prepare my body using different equipment before we begin the exercises, so I can get the most out of each session. Even before I officially became her regular student, she always did her best to arrange classes for me so I could practice more with her.

She’s an amazing instructor, and the studio is always clean, tidy and peaceful. Highly recommended her to everyone else 🤩❤️🥰
